CANCELLATION POLICY
Thank you for choosing to attend the Australian Yarn Show. We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your ticket. Please review our cancellation policy below. This policy applies to all tickets sold by the Australian Yarn Show.
1. Cancellation Period:
- Cancellations can be made up to 30 days before the Australian Yarn Show start time without incurring any cancellation fees.
- Cancellations made between 30 and 7 days prior to the Australian Yarn Show start time will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the Australian Yarn Show start time are not eligible for refunds or credits.
2. Cancellation Process:
- To cancel your ticket, please email info@yarnshow.com.au
- Provide your order/ticket number and relevant details for a smooth and accurate cancellation process.
3. Refund Policy:
- Cancellation fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days after the cancellation is approved.
4. Event Postponement or Cancellation:
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Australian Yarn Show reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event.
- In case of event cancellation, a full refund will be issued to all Australian Yarn Show ticket holders.
5. Transfer of Tickets:
- Tickets are transferable to another person with advance notice and approval from the Australian Yarn Show.
6. No-shows:
- No-shows on the day of the Australian Yarn Show will not be eligible for refunds or credits.
7. Changes to the Policy:
- The Australian Yarn Show reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to ticket holders via email or our official communication channels.
