About the event

This session explores the craft of wool painting, from choosing the right wool for your landscape to blending fibres for a natural, painterly finish.

You'll learn how to work with different needle gauges and when to use them, and how to transfer your design onto your background fabric, including where to start and which wools and fibres suit different effects. Dianne will also share her approach to finishing a piece, whether that's framing it or applying it to clothing.
